Recomposition contains 4 peptides; a mixture of growth hormone stimulators to enhance muscle growth and recovery, a targeted fat-burning agent to help reduce stubborn fat, and a regenerative peptide to promote tissue repair and reduce inflammation.

As doses (and sometimes peptides) can vary per person, the actual composition and dose is provided after consultation, once an individualised plan is set in place.

Starting peptide therapy in it self does not require any prior investigations. There are very few biomarkers that are effected by peptides.

However, after a consultation it may be found that diagnostic investigations would be a better starting point. We can help arrange this privately or help guide you to set this up with your NHS GP

This peptide therapy is administered via subcutaneous injection using a small insulin needle. The peptides are pre-drawn in syringes for patients at the prescribed dose.

Response to peptide therapy is very individual. You may notice subtle results within the first or second week - this could be better skin, sleep or less aches and pains. Some patients respond to therapy much faster.

To keep expectations realistic, we tend to say significant changes would be seen towards the end of the month

Yes, patients routinely travel with their peptides, and to date we have never been notified of an issue.
It is worth checking the rules and regulations for the destination you are travelling to, as we cannot guarantee that peptides will not be confiscated by security or customs.

We can provide a prescription and a doctors note if needed, for added ease of mind.

Our peptides are stable at room temperature for 7 days. We recommend putting the peptides in your check in bag if possible.
To ensure peptides retain their maximum efficacy, please store them in the refrigerator when you arrive at your destination.

Expiry dates are listed on the packaging.

Expiry for pre-drawn peptides are approximately 6 months, when refrigerated.
Expiry for lyophilised vials are approximately between 1 - 2 years.

Peptides are shipped at room temperature, without an ice-pack. Our peptides have passed stability testing to be rated safe and effective when stored at room temperature for 7 days.

There tends to be very few contraindications with peptide therapy. Our medical team will ensure this therapy is right for you, after a detailed medical consultation.

Our Peptide therapy isn’t recommended for pregnant or breast-feeding patients. We also don’t treat patients under 18 years old

Peptide therapy is generally very safe and well-tolerated, but some individuals may experience mild side effects.
These can include redness, swelling, or irritation at the injection site.

As with any medication, allergic reactions may occur - however this is quite rare.

Certain peptides have a bigger and/or more specific side effect profile. This will be discussed in detail during the consultation.
